Holi celebration a festival of colors

Holi is one of the most popular Hindu festival in Asia region specially in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and other parts of Asia where followers of Sanatana live. It is a festival of colors, blossoming of love, play and laugh, forget and forgive and repair of broken relationships. Iti is celebrated in Spring season which falls in Bengali month of Falgun or English month of March when full moon or “Purnima” is found.

The Holi festival is the significance of the victory of good over evil. It is celebrated as a sign of the burning and destruction of a demoness named Holika. It was possible with the help of Hindu god, Vishnu.
